Under the patronage and presence of H.E Mr. Nazem El-Khoury, the ministry of Environment announces the Launching ceremony of the National Air Quality Monitoring Network, implemented by MOE and managed by the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and financed by the government of Greece, on Thursday 5 December 2013 at 11 a.m at the Moevenpick Hotel – Beirut.
